This project is located in a land of 250 m2 in 2 rims of 20 meteri ST. and 12 meteri ST. with the view of park. The foundation of this project is 1600 m2 of residential space which has both comfortable atmosphere and easy access to shopping malls in Khayyam 11 ST. In each stage there is a terrace in front of park and a terrace in front of Khayyam 11 ST. with real use. In P10 project view it is tried to provide a different perspective in comparison to other neigbouring residences to convey a happy and energeticfeeling to residents and passengers. Creative use of white and yellow in classical style not only provides more intimacy and kindness feeling but it also adds to its cultural values. Special attentions to park and using natural and green material in public spaces is another evidence of this aim.
